MAIN GOALS

Fill skills gap in Additive Layer Manufacturing (ALM)

Contribute to filling skills gap in Additive Layer Manufacturing (ALM) sector at a European scale. 

Additive Layer Manufacturing Education and Training

Align the educational and training in ALM with labour market needs.

Curriculum Development

Curriculum development should include manufacturing processes, processed materials characterisation, process control, factory and supply chains, risk and change management including product development processes. 

Technical and Project based learning

Focus on technical knowledge and project based experience to accelerate students` engineering and leadership skills.

Postgraduate Qualification

Creation of a flexible pathway resulting in a postgraduate qualification (MSc). 

Enhance Employability

Focus on enhancing employability of students/employees in the sector.

Promote Enterprise and Innovation

Partnership will promote enterprise and innovation through range of ALM technologies offered by project partners.
